Sir,

We have subscribed for daily news paper to be delivered at my house, the Agent's delivery staff tone and manner is very rude and abusive, he is delivering Saturday (9th Jan 10) news paper on Sunday (10th Jan 10), when asked he says "Stop the delivery if you dont like" we will do like this only. Added this is second time he is doing like this. We have paid an advance of 200Rs for his service, Hope this makes him to behave so rude thinking people wont stop subscription in between. When complained the same to the Agent, he was to saying "every one are buying why dont you also adjust". I have decided to stop the subcrption.
