Not Refunding Security Money

Librarywala.com had held a camp at Infosys, Bangalore on 12th May with an offer for waivering Registration Fee of those willing to apply for its online library services. It took a Security fee of Rs. 499.

I had Registered for this service but later found none of the books I'd like to read as they were always "In Circulation". Hence I asked for termination of my Membership from Librarywala.com in June.

Now, they are not refunding security Deposit making excuses that the cheque has not been despatched from 'Mumbai'. This has forced me to lodge a complaint against this firm.

Please bring this to justice.
