Failure to keep commitment

My complaint is against "Living Media India Ltd., A-61, Sector - 57, NOIDA", the Marketers / Promoters of Time Magazine in India.

They had offered some attractive gifts alongwith a Two years subscription of Time magazine. I bought their offer and made full advance payment of Rs. 5, 184/- (through Demand Draft) on 6th March. However till this date (17th December), even after nine months of the date of payment, they have not kept their commitment. I am not interested in buying their excuses (which I am sure are simply bluffs, as nine months period is too sufficient time). Recently when I contacted their "Customer Service" (!!!??) for the umpteenth time, they asked me to wait for another one month or so. After that it will be again 1-2 months and this will keep continuing.

I never expected such cheap tactics by personnel of affiliates of India Today Group, and they are tarnishing the image of Time Group as well.

Sir, may I request you to kindly look into the possiblilities of apprehending promotors of such bogus claims and take some legal measures.

There was no response either from any of their other e-mails / Contact Nos. mentioned in their journal.
