No Proper Pay high, No Service Certification, No Proper Employee treatment

Macmillan Publishers India Ltd is one of the worst organised book publishing in whole india and world. Please never join this organisation. I worked their for more than 2 years, they said upto 6 months it will be internship. Later after permanent employee they provide hike and better position based on experience and work. Since after my years of works, neither my salary got increased, and TEam lead and Manager even don't have that much of qualification and they do hell of politics. They cheat each and every one. They neither provide pay hike accordingly nor any experience certification or job confirmation nothing. ITs like a Cookie work their, No use of anything. They and every management department let people to work as donkeys and never pay proper and let them work like hell, no proper educational background for any managers, even inexperienced political backgrounded persona anyone from other supported department can become managers. Its got the worst HR practises and administration. operations everything is work. Most employees are womans or girls who even don't know anything about work. Only few are boys. they hardly hire boys since managers are male and to meet their sexual needs they hire girls who even don't have any knowledge of anything about work, but a bogus attitude.
