Not getting pape

Pune times started from 7 Feb. As they committed you will get the paper at your home from 7th. But till now I didn't get paper. I have complaint to customer support more than 7 times regarding same. But they are doing careless things. I had given the check (no : 802331) to them of their trial fees.
