Not sending Free Gift

I subscribe for Magic pot for one year through net (Of Manoram) for my son.

In magic pot each issue they put one free gift.

I got two issue of magic pot, but in the both issue they didnt sent the free gift.

I wrote mail. But there is no proper answer from Manoram.

This is very Ridicules i send five mails to them. They promise to send in second issue of March, but in that they didn't send. My son is four years. He always wait for the Gift, so i have to buy the issue from market, only for the gift.
