False advertising

This free offer is actually revealed later to be only after you say yes I agree to to subcribe tot he -... magazine. They claim the t shirts to be 'free' but are actually linked to the purchase of a subscription. This is fraud.

there are on the other hand magazines that claim outrright that if you subcribe you will get a free bag etc. that is being up front and honest.

However, these people are doing just the opposite - they claim to be free and after three clicks one comes to the small innocuous words "yes agree to buy the subscription etc"
