Yearly subscription paid but coupon not get

I have send Renewal form with A/C payee Cheque of Rs.530/- drawn on Corporation Bank, C.R.Avenue Branch vide Cheque No-810308 dated 19.09.2011 in fabour of ABP Private ltd. towards 1year subscription of The Telegraph daily news paper which was duly cleared from the bank on 24.09.2011. On 23.09.2011 one SMS get from VM-ABPSUBS giving me thanks for the payment on my Mobile No-9830505643. After the complition of one month no coupon send me for the subscription.
