Disugusting Customer Service Approach

I had contacted the customer team at NBCindia.com numerous times and informed them to dispatch a bulk order when required here on urgent basis. The customer service team including payal took the call first and then later on disconnected the line twice eventhough I am calling from abroad.

They are the least bothered about attending to their customers and if at all they transfer the call, the next person says that somebody is else is the concerned person to talk to and hangs up.

How do they maintain that they are one of the biggest, when they cant attend to their buyers rightly/

Hope the management of NBCindia is more sensible in managing their CRM.
