Non receipt of issues

My subscriber Order reference no: RDWEB011112222725OR dt 01.11.12 for gifting annual issues of Reader's Digest magazines, to my daughter who is also residing with me. According to the provisions, I had received a Registered VPP Packet which was cleared by paying Rs 549.00 excluding the handling charges of postal department which was collected by the Post office separately, on 1st December. The VPP packet contained only three complimentary books and no issue of RD was kept in it. Thereafter, I have in constant communication with India Today subscription department through mails, but to of no avail. As per the provisions, the issues were supposed to start between 4-6 weeks from the date of order placement.

Kindly arrange to get a clarification and also as to when the issues shall be received by my daughter.
