Taking more price of newspapres

I take TIMES OF INDIA newspaper from SHUBHAM ASSOCIATES (U-5/27, Ground floor, DLF phase III, Gurgaon), (Mob:9971456642).

He mischieflt gives a bill of Rs 190/- every month and when i asked about the details he said 5/- for each day (5*30=150) and 40 /-service charges

whereas the actual price of newspare is 4.5/-on week days and 5/-only on weekends, that comes to (4.5*20) (5*10) approximately taking 5 saturdays and 5 sundays, and 20 woking days.

And also as per my knowledge he is wrongly taking service charges which is also inappropriate as we have seen this in any other place we have resided.

the issue is small with respect to money involved but is a mirror of wrong people in all spheres.kindly try to resolve the matter.
