Second edition of ht city not delivered with the main pape

Respected Sir,

I am a resident of Sector 82 Kendriya Vihar, Noida. We have being getting incomplete HINDUSTAN TIMES newspaper since a while.

I had lodged a complaint with the vendor but still no action has been taken. He conveniently passes on the blame to the Supplier for not supplying the complete paper. Mostly the second edition of HT CITY is not delivered.

Hope you would look into this matter as soon as possible and take necessary actions.
