Installation

Hi,

I have the airtel digital tv activation kit and have requested for the istallation for the same on 7th september. The installation date was finalised to september 11 between 9-10 am. No body from airtel turned up at the time provided and when i called them they said that we will send somebody by 2'o clock. I again waited till 2 but no body turned up and when i called airtel customer care they said that the installation guy will come on sunday i.e 12th september.

This is the first time i am using airtel digital tv and had so much problems for the installation. Will someone tell me if this is the usual scenario with airtel where the customer has to under go such harrassments. If this is the case then I shouldback off from using the digital TV.
