I subscribed annual plan for times of India. Past one month I haven’t received paper. I called to so many people and complained against them :

I raised the 3 complaints against this issue. But there is no use. Complaint numbers as follows:

Useules .. wasting of our time.. NEVER GO WITH ANNUAL PLANS esp in CHENNAI
