Deleting names from voter list

I, my wife and my elder Son had voted in Oct election in Pune our references are as follows:

208 /147/675... Abdul Quyyum Aga... Election Icard No. TBZ 4604815

208/147/676... Tahirunnisa Q. Aga..."... TBZ 4615183

208/147/677... Azhar A. Aga... Election card not taken as the photo was not proper..

I and my wife also got the Election card a few months back and the ID card Nos are given above.

Now when I was checking the status of my 2nd son's application in 2008 to get in the voter's list; I was told that even my and my wife's and my 1st son's name does not appear in the voters list

My frequent calls to at least 5 to 6 different nos have produced no response and I must have lost more than 3 hours on the phones itself.

Is there some one who takes note of such attempt to delete names from the voters list and take away our right to vote? Why did this happen and who motivation was it to change these (and several such other cases) names?

Will the Election Commission take a serious view and rectify such criminal acts or postpone the election till such things are rectified?
