Sluggish follow up

I bought few items through Ebay and unfortunately they were shipped through Aramex. The deadly courier company!!!

In the past too, I have had problems with them when an item's delivery status was not being updated on the site and I had to chase the Chennai office for days before I got it. Thankfully the chennai office staff were quite helpful. Another stupid thing that happens is whether or not it's valid, the consignments are marked as Overnight Parcel, even if they are normal ones.

Their customer support only reaches the Mumbai office, so it is not possible to speak to a local office to find out about delivery status. I got through to the Chennai office just once by pure chance. Even today, I have called up their customer support thrice in order to receive updates. First time I was told to check back in the evening, second time, no luck. Third time and evening has become next day morning!! Tomorrow too I have faint hope of receiving any positive update.

I havent the faintest clue why people choose Aramex ever.
