Non delivery of Consignment

I had booked for 2 microwave containers from Tradus deals on 17th May. I had received an SMS

stating the AWB No 6212571982 and the despatch date as 19th May. I didnt receive any calls from the

courier service. After contacting the Customer Care, they said there was some confusion regarding the

address, and they said that they would look into the issue asap. Till date i havent received the consi-

gment.
