Broken my courier item

Dear Sir,

I had booked a parcel Mumbai to New Delhi on ASHAPURA COURIER SERVICE. Docket no: 0026977 Dated 28/06..its taken time to dispatch my item on SIX days late although the item was broken. here in MUMBAI they said we will take care of the item without any breakage but its broken. and i talk to their office but they would not respond properly, I want them to return the money of lost item by the courier service & that was very important courier. so please help- me out and register my complaint so that they return my money back.

Now I want the management of ASHAPURA COURIER SERVICE to take suitable action against their staff for this act and compensate me for the loss incurred. Otherwise appropriate forum will be approached for the immediate redressal of the grievance.
