DELAY IN PASSPORT & YET NOT PROPER STATUS & Misleading WEBSITE

Respected Sir,

We have submitted 2 Passport Application on 14 JUN. Police verification is also completed 2 months before. Now It is 3 months and still we have not received PASSPORT. We also tried to contact and inquire on the complaint numbers which are given for NAGPUR and DELHI on http://passport.gov.in/ but there is no response. No one is picking up phone. Also My daughter has dropped an email to mentioned email address to DELHI and NAGPUR but its 2 weeks still no response to those email. My son has personally visited NAGPUR Passport office but he went in the afternoon (1:00 PM) and there was no one to answer and told that we work till 12:30 noon. This is really frustrating for normal individual. Please help us what should we do now. Please email @ ashoknagrawal@gmail.com

Status on WEBSITE since last 3 WEEKS (and with SPELLING MISTAKES): It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a week's time

MAIN CONCERN are:

1> WHAT IS THE NEED OF WEBSITE FOR STATUS IF IT IS GIVING MISLEADING STATUS TO PEOPLE???

2>WHAT IS THE NEED OF COMPLAINT NUMBERS IF NO ONE IS PICKING UP PHONE?

3>WHAT IS THE NEED OF EMAIL ADDRESS IF NO ONE IS RESPONDING TO THEM?
