Dear Sir,

I would like to draw your attention towards the condition of approx. 2 acre Community Complex site at sector-55, Gurgaon where two Pvt. Hospitals, A Church, A milk booth, A SCO and two SCO's under completion stage and more than dozen of constructed shops have already come up. There are lots of vacant commercial plots with huge parking space are there. The General condition of the area is in a very bad due to large scale unwanted vegetation with dense thick bushes on the entire area which is home for snakes, pigs and other wild and domestic animals. There are lots of low lying areas between vacant commercial plot and pavements where rain water always stands and invite mosquitoes which are dangerous for health of people living in surrounding of the site and construction labour living there and on encroached vacant constructed shops. This situation is same since long for about more than five years. Interestingly your Office is also there in nearby Sector-56 but the site is lying unattended. The Community Complex as well as surrounding area is in bad state and creating health hazards.

I would like to request you to enquire about and take corrective measures to avoid any eventualities in near future.
