Associated Cement Cos.Limited (Now ACC Limited)
Old FPF No

Sir,

I have join my services on 14.3.1983 with M/s Associated Cement Cos. Limited at Porbandar Products Works (Known as PSP Works) due to closer of this plant I had been transferred to their Lakheri unit in Rajasthan.

My FPF is deducted at PSP Works from 14, March-1983 to 5, June 1987. My PF account is under Trustees of PF of ACC Limtied. and family pension is credited with GPF. I have visited nos of time at Rajkot PF Commissioner Office but I could not get my old FPF A/c No due to which my service as per new rules is counted from 7the June, 1987 when I have joined in Lakheri (Rajasthan).

I also give you one information that the return of employees who are covered under trustees of PF was monthly sent to PF Commissioner Ahmedabad with a copy to Asstt. PF Commissioner, Rajkot.

I would request you to please help me for trace my old FPF A/c from PF Office Rajkota/Ahmedabad.
