Hence I hereby Request you please file a suit againt the ATS Worldwide Express for claiming the loss / damages amounting to Rs. 1, 68, 000/-schedule of claim for the same

The above loss / damages have been caused due to mis conduct and gross

negligence on the part of the above mentioned courier services and their agents /

employees in the course of their employment, and the Mr Parvez Khan who is the Country Manager and Mr. Naushad Sulaiman who is the Managing Director of the company have not only ignored my calls but they have abused me a lot by saying that do what ever you want to do .so request you to please provide me the justice.
