Two salary cheque submit one clear one not

I am Government service in Indian customs house ballard estate as Designation is Tax assistant. I have two cheque submit axis bank, My Ac No's 4010100736657 and Amount 16944 /- 16944 /- . But one cheque clear and other cheque not clear. I have one slip both cheque and yu have give me stamp my cheque slip. i have write moblie no both cheques. How can possible one cheque clear and one not Because i were working SBI Bank before one years Jabalpur (MP).
