Package lost!! Not picking phone. No update. Nothing

I booked a my items for courier from mumbai to pune. 1 week ago. There people came took the money and the items from my house after which there was no trace of the parcel. When enquired first they have false details them stopped answering my calls. Its been more than 16 days i have been regularly call them on 09322298874 and 9320214646. These are the numbers mentioned on every site they have advertised. But now they are refusing that this is not balaJI courier. I am really angry with this behaviour. I dont want anybody else to be cheated this way. Please advice i want to launch complaint in consumer forum and court and also launch FIR with mumbai police
