Slum Redevelopment Scheme

We were living in the house from 1995 but we had got electricily only in 1996.

The developer has taken our agreement and papers promosing that house will be provided to us.

Approximately 15 persons were living in the slum and the area is at prime location at chembur naka, the developer is using the property for comercial use with bank and in his own interest.

Developer has denied allotment of house to us and many other who have same situation as we are.

I would like to know what legal action can we take against such.

Why we were assured as all documents were checked from the developer who was taking the land under SRA.

I will go to court against the developer for this and the hidden corruption behind SRA Scheme.
