Delay in Processing of Passport

I dont know what to say.. I am totally frustrated

I applied for Passport for my 5 months old son In June. My husband is working abroad hence we submitted an affidavit as well to support our application.

It was 2 months were no communication about passport. I went to bangalore regional passport office and got to know that application didnt move forward due to unknown reasons..

After waiting for 4 hours got an appointent to meet the passport officer next day. again i went the next day and met the passport office and she said that passport would be processed and dispatched in 10 days time..

Its been 20 days now and when i went to RPO bangalore again they are asking me to submit an Afidavit again...

My husband is in singapore and I reside in chennai now and have to carry my baby with me everytime i come to RPO bangalore but I dont see any courtesy or proper response from any one...

I tried every possible way to contact someone thru email/phone but no response...

My singapore work pass to be renewed by end of this month and I have to be in singapore to do that whereas I cannot take my son with me as he doesnt have a passport..
