Today (7th May) around 12.15am my self and my friend were standing in front of my home in JHBCS layout JP Nagar Post a sub inspector named ashok kumar a.n came and started abusing us when i asked him to speak with respect he says he is going to book a case against me section 109

are these bastards for the safety of we the people or to harass us day and night, we cant even stand in front of our own house please guide me i want to book a case against this person
