Bangalore RTO
Not getting the number of the vehicle

Hello Sir/Madam,

I got a car from my native (UP) to Bangalore. Its been long when i payed the Road Tax and all other fees to RTO. But RTO is not giving the Vehicle number and indirectly asking for money. I cannot drive the car without a valid Karnataka number and also i donot want to pay any money. Please help me out in solving this issue.
