Jumping Signal Notice - Without Basis - Need Serious Investigation

I was sent a Jumping Signal Notice for a fine of Rs 100/-.

I wish to indicate that I have never gone to that area and the junction in question for which the Violation has been booked. I am not even aware of where the junction is located.

I do not know how the Notice can be generated in such a case.

I would like Electronic Media to highlight take up the case.

I would like CIVIL society to advise me on the steps to absolve me of this incorrect notice and stop the agony of honest tax paying and law abiding citizen of the country.
