Stagnant water in open drainage is causing lot of mosquitoes

Construction company which is carrying out work in open drainage, from past few year (never ending) has blocked the drainage water for their convenience is problem for residents living nearby. The stagnant water is unbearable and highly toxic smell, over that mosquitoes one cannot sit at one place in home.

Please take action on the company which is carrying out work in that drainage, first for blocking the water and making it stagnant, and for its slow progress. It also causes lot of dust and bad smell when they dig the drainage.
