Irrelevant and illbehaved parking fee collection in mayuree tower area

My complain is about the irrelevant collection of parking fee at every parking spot at mayuree tower area in berhampur in the name of its transformation from municipality to a corporation. The parking tickets are mandatory even though there is no difference in the way the vehicles were parked before. There is no consideration of the duration and purpose of parking. even thought someone wants to eat a samosa of 5 rs., he has to buy a parking ticket of 3 rs. which is vaguely inappropriate. there has been no improvement in the road conditions or the building structures nor there has been a huge improvement in the per-capita income of the people. So this parking ticket system is completely unasked for.

The people appointed to collect the fees don't have a proper knowledge about the behavior with other people. they have no respect whatsoever. Their way of talking is like the dress they wear. I wonder how berhampur municipality only managed these talented people for this job. people like these misbehaving with the general public is a shame to the city.

Berhampur municipality may do many things to become a corporation but this should not be one of them. improve the city first then implement this system. Our municipality may be ready for its transformation into a corporation and harassing people at their will, but the people are not ready for that yet. so I would kindly request the withdrawal of this process as soon as possible.
