Very low AC Voltage from 120 to 170 VAC

Dear sir

I am staying in 283/20, 1st main, Jakkasandra ext, (Koramangala post), Blore-34. we are facing Voltage problem in our building. normally 220 V AC should be available i.e single phase. but we are getting 120 V to 180 V AC only. due to very low voltage our TV, Refrigerator, Washing machine are damaging / not working. plz take necessary action do the needful.
