Unathorised construction

Sir,

The land in and around the High transmitter No.14, at 12 th main, Chandranagar, Kumaraswamylayout, IInd stage, Bangalore - 560078, has been vacant and reserved for the park. But from last week onwards i.e. from 13/14 of January some rowdy elements have started the construction there and put a huge board stating that, that land belongs to KUMARASWAMYLAYOUT HIRIYA NAGARIKARA VEDIKE AND GRANTHALAYA. When the residents of 12th main road of chandranagar questioned the authentikation (Proof) of this, all of them were thretend, abused and chased by those rowdy elements by saying there all belong to S.C. and S.T. people and the followers of Their MLA Mr. Krishnappa. Where is the justice? What has happened to BESCOM and BDA squads who checks these type of illegal activities and stops them? If a chance is given for these type rowdies to grow in the name of their caste, tomarow they can occupy all the vacant sites in that area. Is there anybody who can give justice and clear this unauthorised construction and make a park over there for which it is reserved for? kindly take a quick action please.
