In the month of February'2010 Reading, BESCOM have charged my RR Number's Previous arrears is Rs.166.01 Rs and Intrest for the same is 1 Re. Kindly help me getback my money with penality from BESCOM.

For my excess payment, BESCOM have to pay, Instead of that, BESCOM has charged me 166.01 1 Re. (TOTAL RS 167.01). What a clever organization?...
