LOW VOLTAGE 120 V AC TO 180V AC

Dear sir

I am staying at No.70, 1st Cross, Ragahva Nagar, (Near kukkuttam Temple) New Timber Yard layout Mysore Road, Bangalore -26. we are facing Voltage problem in our building. normally 220 V AC should be available i.e single phase. but we are getting 120 V to 180 V AC only. due to very low voltage our water Lifting Moter, TV, Refrigerator, Washing machine are damaging / not working. Please take necessary action do the needful.
