Power cut in marathahalli

Today there was a power cut for 3 hours 20 minutes (from 8 pm to 11:20 pm) in marathahalli area. On asking bescom customer care over phone we have been told there is a major problem near HAL and it will come around 9:30 pm. But till 9:45 it didn't came. On asking again we have been told it will come around 10:30 again it didn't came at the said time. Again on asking around 11 we have been told it will come after 1 hour where as it came after 20 minutes. This is my complaint against BESCOM for such irresponsibility towards their consumer and providing misinformation. In weekends these type of power cut is becoming common. Even it has been came to know that these power units are sold to some big company with more rate per units by simply doing such undeclared power cut. This is my sincere request to the proper authority to take action against BESCOM for such negligence. This has been long time I have been putting complain is there any body to look at this forum???
