Power shutdown every alternate hou

From past 3 days, there is a power shut down every alternate hour stating from 7AM and through out the say till 8:30 PM.Its embarrassing as the young and old who needs the power for some of the other purpose suffers a lot. Power cuts use to happen more than 8 hrs per day and really shame to say by stating in teh IT Capital of India. Please let us know is this outage Approved by the Government and how many days we need to suffer like this.
