Power cuts, Voltage fluctuations - Phone No response

Hi,

We are facing frequent power cuts, low voltage, voltage fluctuations in Gandhinagar 1st - 7th Cross, K.G.Halli, Bangalore - 560045.

When we call the the the BESCOM C5, (08023651533) the phone receiver is off the hook, with no response/continuous busy tone though we try it for more than 1 hour.

This drama has been continuing for years, when we try the JE's number its often switched off. The JE's phone numbers keeps changing.

We keep trying different options to reach BESCOM, but with no end to our issues. We even tried the Automated complaints booking system, which is of no much help.

Can BESCOM look into this and solve this issue?
