Power fails whenever it rains and the residents of Gandhinagar (K.G.Halli B'lore - 560045) have to remain in dark whole night. No response when we call BESCOM (080-23651533 or AE - on mobile number ending with 5519). The land line is often dead when ever there is a power failure; I guess this number is for personal use for BESCOM officials.
There is an age old indication "power flickers" and then no power whole night sometimes this power failure ranges from 12 to 16 hrs without any action. Other salient features of this BESCOM C-5 sub division is low voltage and constant fluctuations. Why there is no solution to this issue when this is repeating for more than 10 years. Is it inefficiency of the officials or they are ill equipped.
Can this issue be sorted out this time? (Since 7:30PM there is no power supply and now its almost 11:50PM).
