Ude behaviour of bus conducto

Sir,

this is to bring to your notice the rude behavior of your staff. just as the bus left borivli station stop, when i tried to board it the conductor tried to push me off. when i resented still he pushed me with the bus in motion. is this what is expected from your personnel.

he even abused me with bad words & the behavior was objectionable.

is this what is taught in the training of ur staff.

i m also a govt servant working at Thane Civil Hospital & this pushing a commuter off the bus is grossly unacceptable

I am giving you the details of the conductor & hope action will be taken.
