Non delivery of cylinder even after two weeks

Online booking ref. no. 587311 dated 03/02, distributor not accept the online booking & they book fresh order on 10/02, on contacting the distributor daily they are sending the cylinder but has not been reached to me so far.

how bharat personnel responds 0120 2474752, 35, 02, 01, 57, 30 as per telephone nos available on website: diverted me delhi's office nos are 23316473, 23766656, 23324847, 23326770.:diverted me to the area personnel theno is 9811482992:and she gave me an other no.which I later came to know that the no concern to distributor. I got so many nos but nobody heard my complaint.
