Non Delivery of 2nd Cylinder after 1 month of Transfe

Hi,

I had transferred my Bharat Gas Connection from Hyderabad to Bangalore in the month of December. I applied to one Sri Krishna Agency Viveknagar for the transferred connection and the connection was given on 18th Jan. But they gave only 1 cylinder and told me that the 2nd cylinder would be delivered within a week.

I have been running to them for the past 1 month every alternate day and every time they take my consumer number and tells me that they will send within 2 working days. I had mailed the customer care but even I got no response from them.

Please let me know as to what I can do.
