Non delivery of refill cylinde

Dear Sir,

I am Somnath Tambe, Bharat Gas Consumer No 15996.

I have booked my cylinder for refilling purpose on 08.05.2010 through

Bharat Gas SMS BOOKING SERIVCE.

My booking reference No. is 1179803.

Three days after booking, When I called to Mr. Ganesh

(Owner of M/s.B.K. ENTERPRISES, Kharadi, Pune - 411014,

On his Mobile (No.9923764120), he answered in very casual approach to

Wait for 2-3 days.

Till today I have not received cylinder.

Every month I have facing such types of problems.

Request to look into this matter & resolve it permanently
