Non delivery of cylinder even after 25 days

Respected Sir/Madam,

This is in regard to my Bharat Gas connection consumer no 14502. I made a request for cylinder refill on 2nd August with no 469. Till date i have not received the cylinder.

I visited this agency on 20th August after repeated attempts on phone no 25974117/25973646/25974321 which were not answered. I was told there is some strike going on in the factory and by the transport Matadi union due to which the delivery is getting delayed. They called me the next morning 21st August to collect the cylinder which i promptly did as i had no option. To my susrprise they told the cylinder delivery is witheld due to some reasons and i was told to deposit the empty cylinder which again i did promptly to avoid further delay.

Now i'm frustrated with this service. I surfed the internet and almos all the available news channels/newspaper but could not see any news related to the so called strike in Bharat Gas. When i visted this agency i had seen many people compalining about the same.

Please help me in adressing the same to the concerned department in Bharat Gas. I want to know is it a genuine problem with BHARAT GAS or the Gas Agent is bluffing us.
