Non delivery of gas refills at home

I'm S.V. Dhopeshwar, residing at Jabalpur. I have A Bharat Gas Connection. My customer no is 518 at Galaxy gas agency south civil lines jabalpur. Since last one year and a half, the distributor has not delivered the gas at home. infact after one month and more than that, he refuses for home delivery. infact, when I contacted the deliveryman for gas, he asked additional Rs. 150. Even today, I had to go to the dealer to get the Gas. Even today he refused to give gas. his behaviour was also rude. Kindly do the needful
