Bharat Gas
Cylinder not issing by sub deale

I am the customer of the Bharat Gas with consumer number 14452. I have contacted sales Assistant manager, dealer of Mangala Gas distributor to issue the second gas cylinder to me. But thay have refusted stating that i have to purchase some their products or single cylinder should consumed in two months.
