Delivery of gas cylinder is not done

Actually i booked the cylinder on 23-10 to Robin Gas Service& its distributor code is 113553.according to law cylinder should be deliver 24 to48 hours but cylinder is not delivered till now (13-11).our consumer no is 8339.so it is a request to take action against him.
