Regarding gas cylinder booking

Hi,

I am a Bharat gas customer. My distributor has given us three contact numbers for cylinder booking.

Gas distributor: Shri Maruti Bharat Gas Service

contact number for booking: 9552879371, 9552879372, 9881200953

1. However you can try all these numbers, most of the they used the keep them busy by dialing internally to each other number. Incase after trying around 100 times, you get connected no one will respond on your call.

2. Last time I went to there office with keeping by cell phone on dialing mode. Their cell was ringing in front of her but not picking..I asked why she is not picking this phone. I got badly abused by the represented that they are not my servant (Tere nokar nahi hai hum. Hamari margi hum phone uthaye ya na uthaye).

3. They had made a automated system so called. I had booked my cylinder long back using that system but its not delivered yet.

If any one is listening on this forum. Please check this complaint. you can try the same steps if you want, using your identity as a customer.
