Delay in issue of my sons passport

Sir, I my wife and my elder son are having passports. On 28/04 through e-seva applied for passport to my younger son (5 years old) vide file No.i00207411.On enquiry in passport website, it is mentioned that the passport will be despatched. But no police verification is done. On cyberabad police website, it is mentioned that the concerned file is not received by them. Hence, it is presumed that the information in the passport website is not correct. Atleast now the concerned authorities may kindly refer my sons file for police verification without further delay.
