Internet connection

Sir,

I have submitted application for internet connection on 19th December at that time BSNL Officer (do not wat to declose the name) told me you will received net connection within a week time.

After lot of followp still I have not received internet connection till today (i.e. 18th June)

Because of that only i have not paid BSNL Bill.

Please look into the matter at the earliest.
